we ate at wolfgang puck's restaurant called postrio for dinner. i ordered the pancetta wrapped meatloaf, potato puree, mushroom gravy, buttermilk onion rings.
overall the meal was palatable but it wasn't as well executed as i would have expected from wolfgang puck. the meatloaf was good and there was some type of balsamic vinegar on the plate that enhanced the flavor of the meat. the mushroom gravy was also good (i ordered the mushrooms on the side) but the onion rings were softer than i prefer.* i didn't even realize until this moment that both my meals for today had pancetta in them.
just outside the restaurant there was a gelato shop where we ordered dessert. i forgot to get a picture of my tropical smoothie.
