a blend of ground sirloin and applewood-smoked bacon, crispy bacon, bacon mayo, smoked gouda, onion strings, brioche-style bun. this menu seals the deal, i need to head back to vegas ASAP! one of my friends from work called to tell me about the burger he ate last night in vegas... dang him it's it's barely 10am and already i'm starving for a fat juicy burger.
aside from the burgers they've also got a fry menu that is making me drool: shoestring, baked potato, new york style chips, sweet potato, dill pickle, parmesan, garlic, triple truffle, yam fries, mozzarella. they also have something i'd be interested in trying even if i don't like blueberries, it's a milkshake that they throw a blueberry pancake and maple syrup into.
