sadly i didn't meet my goal of eating oberweis every day while in chicago. i may have set my expectations too high on this but if you've been privileged enough to taste their ice cream then you would understand why i set this goal in the first place. in fact our first stop after leaving the airport was to oberweis where i ordered a dulce de leche milkshake and we also got chocolate milk to go. for my next visit i decided to get 2 scoops of chocolate peanut butter in a waffle cone. seriously for the record their ice cream is the best i've ever had but their waffle cone could use the slightest of improvements. after the cone i chased it with their milk which was also delicious. if you ever get a chance to try oberweis i promise that you will not be disappointed.

oberweis
